Sound baths

A sound bath is an invitation to pause. Gentle, harmonious tones from crystal bowls, metal bowls, chimes, and subtle percussion fill the space, guiding the body into rest. Sound baths use steady vibration to encourage the body’s natural relaxation response. As the waves of sound move through you, muscles soften, breathing slows, and mental chatter begins to fade. This is a space where the nervous system can settle, tension can release, and a quiet sense of balance can return.

Group, couples, and private options.

Meditation and breathwork

Breathwork and meditation use the rhythm of the breath to support focus and relaxation. Conscious breathing helps regulate the nervous system, easing stress and bringing the mind into the present. Guided meditation offers tools to observe thoughts without holding on to them, creating greater calm, resilience, and emotional balance over time. At Earth and Grain, we offer different variations of these practices through guided experiences, gentle breathwork, and supportive sound to help you find the approach that best meets you where you are. No prior experience is needed.

Sound and Vibration therapy

In sound and vibration therapy, carefully tuned metal bowls are gently placed and played directly on the body, creating a tactile sound experience. The vibration can be felt physically, supporting relaxation, circulation, and body awareness. This practice calms the nervous system and encourages the body’s natural ability to release stress and return to a steady, grounded sense of well-being.

Available as a stand alone session or combined with sound bath or meditation.

Yoga and movement

Slow, steady, Hatha based classes that focus on breath, alignment, and simple shapes. Classes are beginner friendly and supportive, with options to stay soft or build strength.

Small group classes and private sessions available.
